The Mental Health of the Industrial Workers is a neglected area. Maraimalai Nagar, the satellite city of Chennai has a host of Industries. Companies like TZ Wabco India are taking initiatives to improve the mental health of their workers and as a part of it, Dr. R. Arul Saravanan was invited for an awareness talk on Depression, Anxiety and Alcohol Use Disorder among its employees. Awareness session for executive level employees were conducted at this inaugural session on 15th September, 2023 at its plant at Mahindra World City.
